I had a GREAT week from a healthy eating perspective (woohoo!). I really did find it easy to stay on track, and the only reason I was able to do it was because I had a plan. I can’t say that I stuck to last week’s plan 100%, but I was flexible, switched meals from one day to the next, or if I didn’t feel like cooking, made a salad or used all the leftovers I had in the fridge.
Right now the meal planning is pretty time consuming for me, and much of a manual process. Plus I’m also searching for new recipes to try (and share!). I’m planning to make it easier going forward!
